Good luck getting any support. The refrigerator we purchased was broken on delivery and the return was started the same day. That was over a month ago, the broken unit is still in my kitchen and Samsung is still processing the refund. We’ve reached out over a dozen times and have either been hung up on and told to wait 3 more business days each time.
