We have not even had our oven 6 months. Cannot turn on oven. Stove works and the clock on the oven work. When I called on June 19th and was polite I was told I could have a service call on July 10th! When I got angry then they will send somebody out the next Monday. So apparently you have to be rude in order to get any service, I asked to speak to a supervisor and they wouldn’t speak to me. They were too busy, so then I asked to speak to their supervisor and after being on hold for 2 more minutes I was hung up on! Worst customer service! They do not back their product, will never buy another Samsung appliance or TV AGAIN
