I had a fridge less than 3 years old. I diagnosed myself that it was the compressor, but I had a 5 year sealant warranty. I talked to 3 representatives that said I no longer had a warranty. When I corrected them, they said we needed to diagnose the problem before they sent a technician out. I got a fourth call saying we needed to diagnose the problem after we had done it 3 times already. To say I was disgusted was an understatement. I tossed my fridge and went with a fridgedaire. My Samsung microwave bought at the same time also no longer works. Junk!
