DO NOT EVER BUY A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR!!!! Bought a Samsung refrigerator in November. Realized a few months later that the top ice maker bucket, that came out every few times you opened the refrigerator door, should be latched in place after seeing my daughters. I called Samsung, they sent a tech twice and it couldn't be repaired. They gave us an exchange for another refrigerator. We had it 3 weeks and noticed the freezer stopped cooling and all our food was spoiled. We went back to Lowes and since we were within the 30 days to return an item we did. We were not going to own another Samsung. That next morning the refrigerator stopped cooling too. We were told to contact Samsung about the food we lost which was about 250 to 300 dollars. I called and spoke to Marissa who texted me and told me to make a list and send it back via the text. I never heard whether she received it or not so 3 days later I texted her again to see if she had it. I never got any response. I called back and was told we would have had to have a tech come out to look at the refrigerator to be eligible to get a refund for the food. Which would have meant waiting for a tech then waiting for there response all the while with no working refrigerator. We did not want it repaired because we did not want to keep a product that was obviously junk. Good riddance Samsung.
