Everything is wrong with Samsung. I should say you are thriving just cause your brand name but your service is the worst i have come across.
I contacted your customer service yesterday to repair my microwave. They raised a ticket and issued the name of the technical person to reach by 11.am. Which the guy never bothered to contact me. I called the customer center again for which they promised to send a technician again which may come in the coming months, i shall wait patiently for you rotten guys
Never ever shall dream about purchasing your products.
