Customer service is bad. I was texting with a bot for over 90 minutes about an issue with my Samsung QLED 8 which had started to malfunction (picture faded, black screen). The issue never got resolved. I wanted a live person but that wasn't permitted.
I will think twice about buying Samsung again!
