Samsung, sorry to say, is to me, a prime example of POOR product engineering.
We purchased a Samsung French door refrigerator. If you use the icemaker in the door, it is very low on quantity. If you use the upper pull-out freezer bin only half is visible. The worst however is the work it takes to simply remove the glass shelf above the crisper bins for cleaning. Someone was either drunk or really ticked off that day. The worst part is, that someone high up approved it.
