Registered our Samsung washing machine and fridge freezer for the 5 year parts and labour warranty for them to both break down in year 2 and 3 and then Samsung to say that we didn't register them and now our products our out of warranty and that's that. Customer services are completely incompetent and (Marla) held the phone away from her face and said oh my god when I apologised for not understanding her accent. Seriously Samsung this many bad reviews for a big company should tell you that your getting it wrong not all your customers.
