I have a zflip 4 i damaged screen.sent in to samsung to be fixed phone is 3 months old.when asked to ok the repair i was told i could trade in damaged phone for a z5 offering deal .only $20 more.told as long as screen not cracked no problem i told her screen was dead.took deal for zflip 5.alot happened but to shorten up this. Now t mobil is rejecting my trade. So im being sent back my damaged phone which i wanted to fix and i now have new phone for $1000.they totally mislead me.now i still need to send back zflip 4 to repair
Guess ill send to my dahughter.
