Shocking customer service and warranty repair schedule.
Reported my 5 month old tumble dryer as defective (HE code on start up) was told it may be a minimum of 2 weeks before they could visit my home to effect a repair.
These items aren't cheap, you pay extra for what you believe is a quality product. Yet you receive little to no after sales support.
I certainly won't be in a hurry to buy another Samsung product
