Absolutely disgraceful and utterly
incompetent attempts at customer service. The complaints dept are completely clueless.
Have caused an issue with my handset that didn't exist prior to delivery to repair centre.
I like millions of others have faced issues with the awful Z Fold 3 central screen that is not fit for purpose. Whilst conducting a warranty repair, they have caused an ongoing issue to the front screen that now doesn't work.
The phone has been backwards and forwards and now sits at the same (dis)repair centre apparently awaiting parts. They have now had it for 11 days !!!!!
I will circulate this complaint and previous matters via the relevant channels and advise other consumers to avoid SAMSUNG WARRANTY, THEIR COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT AND REPAIR CENTRE, LIKE THE PLAGUE.
They are wholly incompetent.
