I want to give samsung 1 for their customer service specifically. I had z flip 4 and on July I trade it with z flip 5 for my birthday i received the phone by Aug 9th after 2 weeks using the phone my screen turned yellow and started to blink without any function . I called customer service the same day that issue happened . I was with agents and supervisors back and fort for 2 hours and 45 min. They opened the claims for the case . I asked since the new phone i am returning before 1 month using i request refund for whole ( return phone ) which was $ 900 and the differences i paid for new one they told me they are going to either issue me refund or samsons credit . Now its been a month since i returned even my new phone didnt get anything back .Never heard anything back . I called again the agent told me she is opening new ticket for investigate now I received an email saying i didnt return the first phone which was z filip 4 ( I have FEDEX receipt ) . I need someone take care of this mess immediately . I want to buy new phone never ever samsug again . Ler me know if you need more documents .
