The worst!!!!!!! I OPENED a TV box in the master bathroom of the house. It did not work and the protective wrap is on the TV. They did send customer service who then said I told Tech support it was in the bathroom so no coverage! Wait, what? It was defective out of the box and still in the wrapper! Over the past few years I have purchased 9 Samsung TVs. Whether a niece or nephew broke it, wife knocked it over cleaning, or it just stopped working, and they offer no help? Do not honor warranty? Not to mention a fridge and washer and dryer. This is how they treat customers. I will never buy their products again!
