I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge at the end of April 2016, within 2 weeks I found the home key button paint had worn off and the phone did not recognise the Sim card. I took the phone to Samsung support in the Trafford Centre to be told it's cosmetic damage and is not under warranty. They put me in touch with Samsung Help Centre and they agreed to check the phone for me. On the Monday a UPS driver knocked at the door at 9:10am and I finished a phone call removed the Sim card and handed him the phone, which was boxed and sealed. I then got an email from ANOVO with a repair cost of £240.00 for a new screen as my brand new phones LCD was badly damaged inside. Apparently this was my fault......I use to swear by Samsung products and now I think I look elsewhere. Anyone else sending phone for repair I suggest you take timed and dated photos as evidence.
