Absolutely Sorry Ass Service... I purchased a Samsung Z Fold 4 Last October. The phone started having problems in April and May so I finally sent it in to YouBreakIFix who does Warranty repair for Samsung... 3 months and 3 mother boards later, Samsung didn't want to do anymore warranty work on it because the warranty had expired. So YouBreakIFix told me to send it in to Samsung. Needless to say, they initially told me they were not going to charge me for the repair but a month later they send me a new phone and a charge to my credit card for a repair of $388.62. Upon calling the repair side,i was told they didn't care what the other customers service rep told you, or who was doing repair work. If it was here it doesn't count and here is your charge.. I will never deal with this product again...I promise
