Rang customer service on +44 330 726 7864 to complain why my phone was sent back unrepaired with a no fault found message
I wanted to demonstrate the problem to him. He just was not interested in solving my issue.
When I asked about feedback for my customer experience for the call he said that i would get an email after the call
