Pointless to wrote review. U can see by the many low reviews how much Samsung cares and that customer support doesn't exist. Just wanted to switch my account to delete my old phone number...it's a problem that has persisted for YEARS and still can't be resolved. Imagine this: u are having trouble logging in, but when u try to get customer support, u can't use it until u log in. See the issue here?
