I do not recommend buying from Samsung. I exchanged my Samsung device, the S22 Ultra for the S23 Ultra, and returned it via FedEx. They received the carton empty, as they say, and now they will force me to pay $800. I asked them to review the weight when I gave it to FedEx and the weight of the empty carton. This will prove to them that I sent the phone because I think it will be Different, but they did not do anything to solve the problem. Be careful in dealing with them
