I bought samsung top load 11 kg , within 2 years something went wrong . I like to say about samsungs custmer support. It's really worst , nearly one month I m waiting but of no use . My advice is not to buy samsung products specially wash machine . Since many years I was using ifb really they had given good service. This time I made a mistake after changing brand.
