I received a damaged Samsung product. After contacting Order Services (through Samsung's website) and providing a photo (upon request) of the damaged product, I was told that I would receive a $150.00 discount and an email that confirmed this agreement. The next I received an email from Samsung stating that "Unfortunately, we are not able to process your request for the refund for the damage..." So that others are duly warned of Samsung's dishonest customer service practices, I intend to share my experience with everyone I know, plus every online review opportunity I can find for this company.
