Literally the worst customer service I have had from any company. I had a Galaxy Flip and the hinge failed within 9 months but Samsung just made excuses not to cover it and dragged it out for MONTHS where they would just "forget" to contact me. In the end I just gave up and bought a new phone. Would never buy a samsung product again based solely on the service. Everything is fine til something goes wrong
