Absolutely the worst customer service. Been given the run around about having to repair this garbage s22 ultra that I received from my warranty claim. The staff are not KnowledgeBase about their product and have horrible attitudes. I've been a loyal client since the note 2 and have literally purchases samsung almost my whole life. Will be looking at other options as I rather be treated properly for spending money on such an expensive device and getting the proper treatment I deserve. Their devices have been nothing but trouble. Having major issues with dropped calls and people that can't hear me on the other End.
