The Courier service is lousy
Great Product but the integrity and customer concern has the morality of a Bombay rat
I was ripped of.
Paid $2000 for a Galaxy plus $199 'Customer Care' but there was a 2 year warranty anyway so it was a fraud but my phone collapsed and they have not honoured the Swap nor the warranty nor the Customer Care BECAUSE they dont care a damn...the management are just greedy thieves
