Having ordered an Art TV directly from Samsung, I also requested the installation. The installation company contracted by Samsung, RXO, did a subpar job with the installation. I immediately reached out to both the third party installation company and to Samsung. Neither provided any assistance. I simply wanted the original $120 installation fee refunded, as I hired somebody else to correctly install the television. Samsung customer service would rather I return the product than simply refund the $120. When asked to initiate the return process, Samsung the said I would need to go through the installation company. The very worst customer service I have yet to experience. Would never buy from Samsung direct again. Buyer beware. Go to a big box retailer instead that will honor their installation policies.
