Never buying another Samsung product in my LIFE. I have been dealing with samsung for 3 weeks, in which time multiple staff have promised things and not once done what they said, and in addition I've been lied about a refund being processes TWICE in writing only to find it was never done.
I have been chasing for 3 weeks for my money back on goods I've never even received or touched.
And as a result of your terrible service, I'm now stuck relying on you to resolve this as competitors offers are no longer available.
If this isn't anticompetitive, unethical and terrible service, I don't know what is.
And the best your sale staff can give me is "I can ask my manager to price match but that wont be till next year". No one has acknowledged the deciet and lies. And no one has called me back. And
How about acknowledging the complaint? How about understanding that having $4k of my money and wasting 3 weeks of my time is completely unacceptable?
And now you want me to wait till next year to even SEE if you can provide me the product?!? Are you KIDDING!?!
I have only purchased Samsung products for my entire life and up till now, never needed to reconsider this. PUT THIS RIGHT. Next step is to contact someone about your misleading, deceptive and anticompetitive processes.
It infuriates me that taking to Facebook is likely the only way one of your staff will actually call back.
