Very unprofessional staff at Samsung Support, Surrey Quays.
Gave my phone for repair second time and I was told that they will repair it within 7 days and deliver it at home.
On 7th day I rang up to ask what the update is on the phone. One of the staff spoke very rudely and said "ITS NOT 7 DAYS YET. There 5 days in a week, We will inform you when your phone is done.."
On the 10th Day I phoned Samsung Support and they said they cannot deliver it to your home address, you will have to go and pick it up from the Support Center, Surrey Quays.
Went there and they had NO CLUE where the phone was. Eventually after a half an hour search they said that they don't know where the phone is and told ME to call THEM next week.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. On top of that they told me to call the third part company and find out the updates from them...
WORST Service ever experienced/ Rude staff members/ very unprofessional as one of the staff left half way rushing to go home as his shift finished.
I would give them 0 star service.
