Samsung customer service is worst. They just bounce you around departments and harass you. They hide behind a approval process, which is a way to get out off the call/ chat and then respond to the ticket denying it and leaving no room for any further explanation or communication.
They charged my credit card directly for restocking fee, without informing me. The customer rep who created the return label (as they don't have the an online system) didn't inform me of the restocking fee and just told me that they have extended the return window for me (given it was past 15days, a very short window given the holiday season). When contacted them the customer rep told me that she would raise a request for refund which they declined.
When you raise the issue, they end up transferring you to different departments without saying anything (basically they hang up on you).
