I will never buy from Samsung ever again. Absolutely appalling customer service.
We purchased a QE55QN700C, 55 Inch, Neo QLED, 8K TV in November The product makes a constant ticking sound. Reported with in 2 days. They have denied it’s a fault with the TV tried to fob us off with thermal expansion of internal components. I have challenged that on the grounds there is no mention of this in the product advertisement, the manual or the warranty. Several calls and emails I was advised to give it couple of months to stop. I refused and agreed to a month. Ticking continues so after 2 weeks I call and email. Send videos again they refuse to accept there is a problem and again allege the TV is working normally refusing to send out an engineer. I raise a complaint they agree to call back but can’t give me a time. I miss calls because Im at work. They fail to respond to my official complaint. I emailed again last night and they again refuse to send anyone out alleging the TV had no fault but give me a number to an authorised inspector to come out and check the product. The whole process has been Samsung trying to gas light us the customer, refusing our consumer rights and not evening acknowledging our official complaint
Were outside the 28 days to return to manufacturing which I suspect was what Samsungs plan was. They know there is a problem with this tv but refuse to acknowledge it’s a fault. They have a prepared statement for it as you will find numerous bad reviews and complaints.
I can see from this website I am not the only one appalled by their disgraceful customer service. I will be contacting trading stardards about this but feel the need to others about a substandard product.
This website won’t let me upload the video which is a shame because you really need to hear it to understand how the souls can drive you mad. Soft reset by turning the tv off for 30secs doesn’t always work. But why should we have to soft reset a new product several times a day
Do not buy their QE55QN700C, 55 Inch, Neo QLED, 8K the ticking will drive you made. Samsung will not help you and just prevaricate and obfuscate when you contact them. I will certainly never buy one of their products again and will look to replace what products I do have with more reliable brands
No interest in helping or supporting customers they only want our money. I advise anyone thinking of buying a Samsung product be very aware they will try and rob you of your consumer rights. They will gas light you if they can. Shop around and read as many reviews as you again
However I would never recommend buying a Samsung product again
