Samsung is by far the worst at customer service that I have ever experienced. None of the agents are English speaking so you have to ask a hundred times what they said. I’m on my second call in two months for repair of the same issue. Last time the guy was here replacing the faulty board he said he’d see me in a couple of months. He was right! Samsung appliances are nothing but garbage and they don’t back their products. Stay away from them.
