I have never in my 50 years of life had this terrible an experience with service. The level of incompetence and flat out refusal to fix a problem they created is astonishing. The amount of time and money I have spent trying to remedy a broken machine delivered to me is beyond belief. I have been trying to get a broken product replaced (delivered broken) for weeks and most recently I was told it will be at least another two weeks before they can finish the job. And based on the number of times they have rescheduled so far I don’t even believe in that. Hours on the phone has just resulted in getting bounced around and no one taking any responsibility. I will NEVER use Samsung again.
