Got an s5 in warranty. Go into liverpool one store. Get no help with excuses about google lock, i could have a stolen phone,no paper work reciept which when i ring hq to complain they know nothing about these "procedures"
If the phones a gift i wouldnt have one would i!?
Emailed ceo & rang hq . Wentback into shop got managers name then ended up arguing with staff.
Questioning me yet still no help. Wont go back. Awful. Makes u angry. They want to sell and dont help with " problems"
Maybe bin the s5 and get an iphone.
