Samsung scammed me out of $750 and cost me another $491. They left me with a phone that I paid off and now can't have it reactivated because it has a knox guard block put on it from Samsung which Samsung hasn't been able to figure out in 6 days how to take it off. I have been on the phone with them for a total of 5 or so hours in the past week and they are a complete disgrace. I'm probably going to have to dispute my past paid Samsung bills with my bank to recoup the money they swindled me out of. Beware of this company and their customer service one of if not the worst I have ever dealt with.
