Ice maker stopped working... sent out 2 techs, neither could fix... turns out Samsung stopped making the part... 1st they offered a $1040.11 refund and I accepted. Then reneged and offered only $850. When I pushed back, they REFUSED to honor the agreement we had, then REFUSED to honor the $850 offer.
Oh by the way multiple agents cut me off multiple times and 1 told me another agent lied to me... complete incompetence and rude behavior.
