I had the misfortune of needing Samsung customer support yesterday. The OS on my Galaxy S22+ was updated to One UI 6.0 and the phone wanted me to update multiple times, which I did. After running the update twice, the phone indicated that the update was postponed and set a schedule to run again in three days. I contacted Samsung support about it and asked for instructions on how to cancel the update and they indicated that I couldn't do it and had to take the phone to a local repair shop, which was about a half hour away by car. I took it in and they didn't know how to fix it, so they just ended up re-running the update which seemed to fix the problem. I could've easily done that. So, instead of just telling me to re-run the update a third time, they caused a good deal of inconvenience for me. Bottom line: I like my phone but Samsung support was basically useless and I'm pretty unhappy about it.
