I had a small, almost bad experience with SAMSUNG right now. It left a very negative taste: I ordered directly from Samsung.com (erroneously thinking they are the beacon of their reputation). 2 ext SSD drives, for almost $500. I paid with Paypal. As I got my final paypal statement, I saw that SAMSUNG, the multibillion company, has ROLLED OVER their PAYPAL fee for doing business with customer to ME, the CUSTOMER. No other professional company does that. Unacceptable. Not a trustworthy company.
