Worst technical and customer support ever. New TV broke after 2 weeks and it took 8 phone calls (total time almost 6 hours) to eventually book "replacement swap". Their goto is first send engineer (but engineer doesn't even reply to their calls!) second arrange: collect first, then replace (takes 20 days from the collection date) and then only if you escalate will they do a replacement swap (which only takes a week, I am told).
