After decades if using samsung, I realized how cheap and unprofessional they are, their costumer service is horrible, the worst I have experienced in my entire life, so rude to the costumers
I had a s ultra 22 for almost 2 years and one of the updates on the phone made me loose my network ...after not having a phone for over 2 months and them semding me to 20 different locations and give me a good run around they literally made me buy a new ultra 24 in January... they told me to go and pickup the phone 3 days later ... I went to the store on that day after having to take a day off work and the weather was horrible , no one was on the road but Me ... it usually takes me 15 min to get to that samsung location... it took me about an hour
Then when I get there my sales person Tanya which is not professional and acts like a teenager tells me I'm so sorry your phone didn't come in..... could she not Pic up the phone and call me for 2 mins so I didn't have to drive all the way there, miss a day of work, pay gas and go there.... then she tells me the phone might (might) come in mid February, so I'm paying over a month worth of interest on my credit card for a phone that I don't have and meanwhile I have bought another old phone just to be able to talk and text while I'm using my old one for the apps when ever I can get wifi ...it was so bad
Then when I called them they told me they can't do anything for me and hang up the phone on me every time ...even the store manager offered me literally nothing
