I have been contacting Samsung customer service and tech support since Feb 23, until now Feb 24 issues still not resolve. Every time I called they keep forwarding my calls to every department,
This is unacceptable, this is the worst customer service.
I urge everyone not to buy any Samsung products. Worst customer service!!
