Worst customer care ever. Conflicting information. Bought super charger and broke within 5 months - which is under the warranty period of 6 monts. Report the issue through chat but they dont informed me that I have to bring it to service centre within the warranty period. They just told me to go there, to have it check and I went there couple of weeks after since it's far from where i live, service centre told me to call online support just to told me that my warranty expired ? What's the point of telling them in the 1st place ? They should have logged the damn report and follow up yea ?!! Even worst, the guy from online support doesn't speak proper english , struggling to understand what his trying to say , spoke for an hour for nothing.
