Microwave I purchased lasted 3 months. Called Samsung for the warranty and it went downhill from there. I have made numerous phone calls to samsung. They booked with repair with 3rd party places. After 8 appointments, the repair places kept cancelling, Samsung will not replace the microwave. They will only repair it but no one will come repair it. During several calls the Samsung reps actually implied I was lying about previous conversations and that I canceled the appointments. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I believe their goal is to wear you down until you give up. My last call to them was my account has been locked by "open management" and no one can help me. "Open management " will call me, I can't call them.
