I bought a fridge freezer in may 2021 was delivered in June 2021
It broke in September 2023 it been repaired 5 times and now it’s broken again - every time I lose the contents of my freezer and no one has ever helped me
It’s disgraceful - when the engineer comes out this time he will declare the fridge freezer unrepairable - as he said last time that what he was doing was the very last thing he could do he came out a week ago, I’m sure you build the products to last more than 2 years and 4 months when they cost around £2600 disgraceful company
