When I purchased my Samsung Appliance I had assumed that Samsung was a reputable name as well as company. I felt comfortable spending the 13,000 that I spent for a complete Appliance set which included refrigerator microwave the dishwasher washer and dryer Etc. I should have known when my nightmare began with installation. I purchased installation through Samsung and it was outsourced to another company which I do not recall at the moment apparently they are a national company that does the installs for Samsung. It not only took four weeks longer than the date that was promised to me that I would have my appliances but when this company came out to do the installs at first they needed a couple different tools so I had to wait another week and a half then when they came back they said they couldn't do it for one reason or another no keep in mind from the time I ordered the product to the second visit from the install Company 2 months have passed and in the meantime I had to rent a washer and dryer as well as rent a refrigerator from rent Kings or some type of company like that. Also I purchased extended warranties which didn't do me any good. At 13 months 1/2 of my appliances all took a poop in the same month. Now it's bad enough having to get work done on your appliances but the problem is that even if they agree to accept responsibility on repairs you're still looking at a good six to eight hours on the phone with a service tax that talks you into trying to repair your own product at first which includes pulling out your machines using wrong tools to repair the products. Then when you can't get the products repaired on your own they remind you that you're 13 months post purchase of your 13,000 appliances therefore your poop out of lock at that point. I went from complete excitement of getting a complete new Appliance kit to sheer heartbreak. Especially after talking to friends that have spent anywhere from 3,000 to 4,500 and not only did they get competitive customer service but they didn't need as many repairs as I did on Samsung. If I were a betting man I would assume that Samsung is either planning on selling their company or climbing on going under the same way that Magnavox and Panasonic did. When people in those companies discovered that these companies were building up names and corporate credibility by their side that's when they're quality assurance went down and the company folded and opened up under a new name. One thing that is for sure is that when you call their sales number they are on point they are quick to respond the only difference is is that if you can figure out what the people are saying " shattered English" a severe problem, you will get a different price every time you call as if you are at a flea market. I highly recommend against anything Samsung as their warranties are virtually non-existent they're installation is horrific and their prices are very well overpriced for the poor quality that you will receive. Keep in mind when you are leaving a review all the reviews are vetted and mostly the five-star reviews are posted. This is a common trick with it programs nowadays in order to allow corporations like Samsung to show a much higher rating than they deserve so if I see my posting I would be in complete shock. Please for the hard-working man stay away from these products they truly have serious internal issues as well as customer service issues
