My 3 month old fridge has a leaking cold water dispenser but 3 weeks after asking for this to be replaced the small part has still not been dispensed. I have contacted them 5 times including via phone x2 and chat line x 3 and keep getting told that it is being escalated but no timeline yet. Also told that they will send an email update within 1-2 days but nothing! I am annoyed as it is a near new fridge! Politeness and trying to help does not assist when all they do is email the spare parts people with no answer.
The warranty service is shocking. Never buy Samsung.
