I would give no stars if I could. Worst customer service ever for phone support. Bought a brand new A54. It was diagnosed with a faulty motherboard. Still under warranty. Samsung refused to honor the warranty. Refused to give me a replacement phone, refused to even give me a trade in with an upgrade for more money. The only thing they could offer me was to send my phone in for 10 to 14 days. And be without a phone to see if they could fix it. Samsung, You should be embarrassed to bo so Unaccommodating.. You're despicable, unprofessional and Unethical. You don't care about your customers. Beware if you buy a phone directly from samsung there is no support!
