Our dryer has broken down 5 times in its first year while under warranty. We have 4 children in the house, and can't live without a reliable working dryer in a household of 6 people. After countless hours on the phone with Samsung trying to get this malfunctioning dryer replaced with a new unit (even the technician from Elite Appliances says he's never seen a machine break down so many times and it should be replaced) , Samsung still refuses to help us. Now it's out of warranty and it's not their problem. Just terrible customer service - they are not in the business of helping their customers. Disgusted and disappointed by the whole experience and that they won't acknowledge that this machine is faulty and should be replaced.
