Dear CRC I would like to thank you for your help with my Galaxy S7 Edge I had issues with. Firstly, the screen had issues where it became unusable and this was repaired very quick and now working fine. Secondly (and most importantly of all) a big thank you to Darren for helping me get back into my Google account. Even though this was not anything related to CRC Darren went out if his way to help me solve this problem. Darren is a good credit to your service centre and it is customer service like this which is not often seen elsewhere.
