Well let’s start by saying don’t bother calling the 800 number - they recognize you by name and tell you they will connect you with the next customer service representative then disconnect you. They promised a full refund, came and took my television and no refund. I have to file a police report and a statement with the better business bureau. I will never purchase another Samsung product. It has been over two months since I started this process and no response from Samsung.
