I've been talking to customer service for last 5 days. They said technician is arranged and they will call back. But no one called and I asked them to escalate. They said it was a holiday hence technician was not available. But until now no one reached out. It was a very simple replacement of a spare part. If they can not do it atleast tell us no. We can purchase it locally. What action is being taken in this??
