Purchased a new fridge. It has two problems: a missing foot and a squeaky door. Samsung can't handle two problems at the same time. I have to choose which is the most annoying problem and have that resolved before I can initiate having the second problem resolved.
I will never purchase another Samsung product of any type ever again.
