These agents are so rude and ridiculous. If I would have talked a little longer, they would have start ed abusing me. The agent started screaming on me without hearing my concern. I have spoken with 3 different agent with 5 minutes and all were so rude , mannerless and doesn't belong to be hired by any company as they do not have any humanity left within themselves.
I will not use Samsung again and will not recommend this to be used by any other as they do not have after service available once you purchase the product.
